Several chapters have been added to my wall diorama since I last posted it. Here are the current chapters.

27. Stormhammers Space Marines Chapter
The Stormhammers were founded by loyalist survivors of the Iron Warriors that were adopted by Rogal Dorn. Their sigil is an imperial yellow hammer on a black field. They are not a codex compliant chapter. The Stormhammers are specialists in siege warfare. Each company is a mini-chapter all it's own. This allows the chapter to deploy to several locations in support of Imperial Forces that are laying siege to some enemy faction. There have been times when a single company was able to split itself in two parts, each fully capable of supporting itself in combined arms siege warfare.
They have been the hammer that have shattered countless foes who thought they could hide behind their walls or fortresses safe from the wrath of the Emperor. The Stormhammers and the Adeptus Mechanicus have a close bond. On more than one occassion have the Stormhammers come to the rescue or reinforcement of the Cult Mechanicus.
The Stormhammers homeworld of Skerjhejm is garrisoned by chapter serfs and one company on a rotational basis. The other 9 companies are fleet based and on deployment throughout the Segmentum. They have no chapter master, instead they are led by the mandates of a great council of their company captains, librarians, chaplains, and dreadnoughts.

26. More War Hunters
The War Hunters are growing. I painted these up last month. The Sgt has a black helmet with red sgt stripe. War Hunters Veterans wear black armor and when a Veteran is reassigned from the Marine Raiders (Veterans Co.) to lead a Gun Team then he is allowed to keep his black helmet and adorn it with a Sergeants stripe. In keeping with my War Hunters theme all models are 3D printed.

25. Dark Angels Helmet
My 40K Wall collection continues to grow. Here is another large scale helmet I printed and then painted to represent the Dark Angels.
24. Tyranids Hormogaunt
My first foray into the Tyranids. I need an OPFOR to fight my Space Marine kill team in my modified game of Space Marine Adventures. I've printed 12 so far. This was also my first successful use of GW Contrast Paints.

22. Chaos Champion Renovation.
Back in 2004 this model was given to my son by one of the 40K collectors in our gaming group. Over the years it has lost parts and suffered wear and tear. Anyway my son and a Necron player had a debate over the Necron C'Tan the Nightbringer with the Necron player arguing that the Nightbringer was the baddest guy on the tabletop. The 40K collector and several others joined in on the debate. Soon the Necron player challenged my son to model vs model match up. The Nightbringer against anyone my son wanted to field. Then and there my son chose a Chaos Champion. The collector asked my son if would let him build and paint the model for him. He agreed. Here is the model from that epic duel, which by the way, Chaos won.
It is one of my hobby goals this year to rebuild and repaint this model then build a warband around him.

21. Valhallan Guard
My 40K Valhallans of the Astra Militarum. I did not paint these. I bought this army in 2004. I have sold off a few units from it, which I regret. I plan to repaint and finish painting a few of the models. The Emperor Protects.

20. Deathwatch Kill Team
My son came to visit me yesterday evening. After dinner we decided to go visit one of the local game shops. They had a good assortment of painted 40K models at what I consider cheap prices. I bought 7 models and he bought 2. We decided to leave them at my house mounted on my 40K wall and we can share the team whenever we like.
The librarian I'm going to mount on my 40K wall diorama once I have the DW logo token painted and on the board.

19. Vulkan, Lord of Drakes
Vulkan, Primarch of the XVIII Legion. The Fire-Born. Lord of Nocturne. Lord of Drakes.
This was a 15 hour print. I bought the file over on MyMiniFactory. FDM print on one of my Ender3s. I was super excited to see him come out so well. I don't foresee a tabletop role for this model but he will decorate my 40K wall.
